The challenge
NordPeak's template shop was leaking revenue: six-second product pages, a five-step checkout, and category pages invisible to search. During seasonal peaks the site slowed to a crawl exactly when traffic was most valuable.
What we did
We moved the storefront to a headless build — the product catalogue stays where the team manages it, while customers get instant page loads, a three-tap checkout with cards, wallets and EU payment methods, and search that tolerates typos in three languages.
Category and product pages were rebuilt as landing pages with proper structured data, and the whole stack now runs on autoscaling infrastructure with a CDN in front — Black Friday traffic is now a revenue event, not an outage risk.
