The story

The challenge

A roastery with a cult café following wanted to sell bags across the region — with no brand beyond a hand-drawn logo, no shop, and no mailing list. The product was ready; the business around it wasn't.

What we did

We built the brand from the roast up: identity, packaging system, and a visual language warm enough for coffee and disciplined enough to scale across bags, boxes and screens. The webshop launched with subscriptions as the hero product — predictable revenue over one-off orders.

Launch marketing leaned on what they already had: the café's regulars. An email waitlist, a pre-launch story campaign, and a founding-subscriber offer converted a local following into a regional customer base in the first week.
