The challenge
Meridian's agents were feeding a portal that Google barely indexed: listing pages rendered client-side, took four seconds to load, and competed against portals with ten times the budget. Paid ads were carrying the entire lead pipeline, and the cost per lead kept climbing.
What we did
We rebuilt the platform on Next.js with server-rendered listing pages, structured data for every property, and an architecture that turns each neighbourhood and property type into an indexable landing page. Load times dropped from 4.1s to 0.8s on mobile networks.
On the search side, we mapped what buyers actually type — by neighbourhood, by property type, in two languages — and built the content system around those queries. Agents now publish listings that rank on their own, and the platform compounds instead of renting attention.
