The challenge
Aria's work was excellent and their online presence didn't show it: an outdated site, no way to book without calling during work hours, and new patients defaulting to whoever appeared first on Google. Word of mouth was carrying a business that deserved a system.
What we did
We started with the brand — a calm, precise identity that looks the way the clinic feels — then designed a site around one action: booking a visit. Online scheduling with automated reminders replaced the phone bottleneck; treatment pages answer the questions patients actually ask, in plain language.
A local SEO push put Aria on the map results for the searches that matter, and a modest remarketing campaign keeps them in front of people who visited but didn't book. Every step of the funnel is measured, from search to seated patient.
